The “Karahi" is a cast-iron wok. The Karahi is unique to the northern side of Punjab. The method of using the Karahi is fast cooking, in order to retain all the natural flavour of each fresh ingredient used i.e. Lamb, Chicken etc of your choice together with ginger, crushed garlic, coriander, onion and green peppers, finished with fresh home-ground spices. The Karahi is a dry dish, medium to taste but can always be made to your desired strength.Best enjoyed with Nan or Roti.
